In accordance with the GDPR, we have drawn up an action plan with the customer for processing the open points to be checked. On the basis of this action plan, data protection is jointly implemented, advanced and regularly reviewed. In addition, documents are prepared and regularly checked for timeliness and effectiveness.
Solution
Due to the constantly changing legal situation, not only the GDPR and the BDSG, all processes and documents have to be reviewed on a regular or occasion-related basis and updated and adapted accordingly.
