„I am still at the beginning of my project and would like to get an overview of the system requirements.“
You want to digitize an existing process in your company and are at the beginning of your project. However, there is uncertainty about the specific requirements, and you do not yet know where to start.
Our requirements engineers will guide you through this initial phase of your project and help you bring order to the existing ideas to implement your new system.
Our requirements engineers are glad to consult you!
We help you to reach your individual project goals.
Requirements Workshop: work out your system requirements together with us
In our requirements workshop, we devote ourselves entirely to the requirements of your new system. We take a holistic approach and, in the first steps, examine the topics of stakeholders, goals and non-goals, general conditions, and the system context, before moving on to consider the business processes to be implemented, the use cases, and finally the specific requirements.
For you to be able to start your project in the most goal-oriented and value-creating way possible, we finally look at the requirements that have been developed from different perspectives and bring order to your backlog using different prioritization techniques.
The requirements workshop is generally designed for three days but can be adapted to your individual situation after consultation.
You receive
- A tailored workshop to identify stakeholders, goals, framework conditions, business processes, use cases and concrete requirements, among other things
- A prioritized overview of your product ideas
- A stable foundation for the further implementation of your project
Discover your Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
„I have a lot of ideas for implementing my product, but I’m having a hard time deciding what to start with.”“
Are you looking to develop a new product and have already gathered many good ideas for implementation, but you’re not sure what to start with? The goal is to provide a version of your product that already has the core functionality, allowing for quick user feedback.
Our requirements engineers work with you to develop your Minimum Viable Product (MVP), meaning the smallest product with minimal features and functionality.
This is how we help you discover your MVP
In our offer “Discover your Minimum Viable Product” we organize your ideas with the User Story Mapping method. This will allow you to quickly get an overview of all your ideas, including making targeted decisions regarding the prioritization of product features.
The resulting Minimum Viable Product enables you to provide a version of your product that has the most important core functionalities. On this basis, you can provide your users with added value in the shortest possible time and collect their feedback.
You will receive
- A customized workshop to identify your Minimum Viable Product using the User Story Mapping technique
- A prioritized overview of your product ideas
- A draft of a possible release plan for your product
