BREDEX Thinks Internationally

Local at heart, global in mind: With the founding of our subsidiary in Hungary in 2018, we as BREDEX took the first step towards becoming an international company. Our Hungarian employees enrich our team with know-how, experience and culture. In this way, they help us to continue to grow.

In addition, we offer our employees the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. They are always encouraged to contribute their own ideas as well as alternative solutions to the company and the teams.

First Subsidiary in Hungary

Life itself often writes the most promising stories: The decision of an employee between his job in Braunschweig and his home country in Hungary quickly led to the decision for a subsidiary of BREDEX GmbH.

At the end of 2021, almost three years after the foundation of BREDEX Hungary, 15 colleagues were already working in the branch with its official headquarters in Budapest, and we aim to grow by 25 more by 2025. And yes, this is only the beginning of our journey.

As part of the development team, our employees in Hungary have the opportunity to spend their onboarding period in Germany and later continue working either fully remotely from home or at the office in Budapest.

Optionally, we offer our colleagues the chance for a long-term stay in Germany – including private language courses in German and English.

Our employees benefit from flexible working hours – at BREDEX, we don’t have core working hours. Everyone is free to work remotely as they prefer.

Four times a year, our colleagues from Hungary visit us in Braunschweig for up to three weeks, during which they can take advantage of BREDEX’s guest apartment.

Travel costs and expenses during this time are covered by the company. Additionally, our Hungarian team members are, of course, invited to participate in our summer festivals and Christmas parties.
