Optimize data management
For our client, a specialized company in the healthcare sector, we developed a customized web application that revolutionized the collection and management of medication and interview data. Using modern technologies, we created a platform that not only centralized access to various functional areas, but also significantly simplified our clients‘ workflows.
Challenge
The existing data management systems were fragmented and inefficient. Interviewees found it increasingly difficult to accurately record information and document it consistently. At the same time, user management was time-consuming and unintuitive for administrators. In addition, employees had difficulty finding the necessary data quickly, which hampered decision-making and collaboration. The challenge was to find a solution that would both increase efficiency and meet data integrity and usability requirements.

Methods
To address the challenges in a targeted manner, we chose a multi-stage approach. First, we conducted a comprehensive requirements analysis, working closely with employees to identify their specific needs and pain points. Based on these findings, we developed a prototype design that focused on user-friendliness and dramatically improved both data entry and management.
During the implementation phase, we used agile methods to respond flexibly to change requests and make iterative improvements. The development of a sophisticated user management system was a key focus in order to accommodate the different user roles. In addition, we conducted regular testing and implemented a comprehensive quality assurance system that created transparency throughout the project and ensured that the application met the highest standards. This structured process enabled us to develop a solution that was not only functional but also sustainable.
Solution
The implemented web application ultimately provided a comprehensive, centralized platform for the efficient management of medication and interview data. Interviewees were able to flexibly record information and also add user-defined entries.
Input was made easier with the help of user-friendly masks. The centralized medication database not only allowed users to easily add new data, but also offered a quick search function. A CSV export of interview data was also implemented to facilitate external data processing.
Administrators benefited from an intuitive configuration area that greatly simplified user management and data management. With this solution, we not only increased efficiency, but also created clear added value, which manifested itself in improved workflows and higher data quality.
