Owners have access to property key figures on a daily basis

Real estate key figures were previously distributed once a year via Excel. Up-to-date information on occupancy rates or rent trends was only available to owners after a delay. A central owner portal now bundles daily updated key figures and enables direct access to important property information.

Initial Situation

The real estate key figures for the managed properties were sent to owners once a year as an Excel list. There was no central, up-to-date overview of key figures such as occupancy rates or rent trends.

This meant that information was only available after a delay. Owners were often unable to identify developments until it was too late and were unable to take the necessary measures in good time. In addition, compiling the data manually was time-consuming and prone to errors.

Challenge
Property key figures were sent out annually via Excel. There was no central, up-to-date overview of important real estate data.

Operational added value
Owners can access daily updated key figures and the current status of their property via the portal.

Procedure

A central portal bundles the most important key figures relating to the properties and presents them in a clear overview.

Owners can see the current status of their properties there, as well as key figures such as the occupancy rate or the development of the net cold rent per square meter over several years.

This has replaced the Excel list that was previously sent out annually, and relevant information is now available centrally in one place.

Effect in Operation

Owners can access the current status of their properties directly via the portal. Key figures such as occupancy rates and rent trends are available on a daily basis and are centrally bundled. The Excel list that was previously sent out annually is no longer required.
