Centrally Collect and Manage Medication and Interview Data
For our client, a specialized company in the healthcare sector, we developed a custom web application that revolutionized the collection and management of medication and interview data. Using modern technologies, we created a platform that not only centralized access to various functional areas but also significantly streamlined our clients’ workflows.
Challenge
The existing data management systems were fragmented and inefficient. Interviewers found it increasingly difficult to capture information accurately and document it consistently. At the same time, user management was time-consuming and not very intuitive for administrators. In addition, employees had difficulty quickly finding the necessary data, which hindered decision-making and collaboration. The challenge was to find a solution that would both increase efficiency and meet the requirements for data integrity and user-friendliness.

To address these challenges effectively, we adopted a multi-stage approach. First, we conducted a comprehensive needs analysis, working closely with employees to identify their specific requirements and pain points. Based on these findings, we developed a prototype design that prioritized user-friendliness and drastically improved both data collection and management.
During the implementation phase, we used agile methods to respond flexibly to change requests and make iterative improvements. Developing a robust user management system was a key priority to accommodate the various user roles. In addition, we conducted regular testing and implemented a comprehensive quality assurance system that ensured transparency throughout the project and guaranteed that the application met the highest standards. This structured process enabled us to develop a solution that was not only functional but also sustainable.
Solution
The resulting web application ultimately provided a comprehensive, centralized platform for the efficient management of medication and interview data. Interviewers were able to flexibly capture information and add custom entries as well.
Data entry was made easier with the help of user-friendly forms. The centralized medication database not only allowed users to easily add new data but also provided a quick search function. A CSV export of interview data was also implemented to facilitate external data processing.
Administrators benefited from an intuitive configuration area that significantly simplified user administration and data management.
With this solution, we not only increased efficiency but also created clear added value, which manifested itself in improved workflows and higher data quality.
