BREDEX in relaxed conversation with young talents
In an ever-changing world of work, it is crucial to give young people practical insights. That’s why BREDEX was thrilled to be part of the innovative career experience week at Ricarda-Huch-Schule, organized by The Why Guys GmbH. Over 110 students in the 11th grade had the opportunity to enjoy a week full of inspiring insights – far beyond what a typical career fair could offer.
The World of Work at Ricarda-Huch-Schule:
An Overview of an Exciting Week
The week began with a variety of workshops that encouraged students to discover their strengths and learn new working methods. Design thinking focused on creative approaches to problem solving. The second day promoted teamwork and constructive feedback to illustrate the importance of collaboration in the working world. On the third day, they prepared for discussions with company representatives by developing well-founded questions.
The Highlight: The Career Experience World
On the big day of the career experience event, authentic conversations took place between the students and our employees. The young people’s well-prepared questions led to interesting and open discussions. Our colleagues Christian (software developer) and Anna (marketing manager) covered a wide range of topics by answering questions about current projects, various industries, and the important work-life balance. These conversations gave the students valuable insights into the working world at BREDEX and beyond. Christian shared his personal success story of how he started at BREDEX as a trainee and developed into an experienced developer over the years.
