These questions were the focus of the “GET MOVING TOGETHER” event, organized by Autohaus Experten, which took place on February 29 at the inspiring LENKWERK Bielefeld.
The rapid development of digital technologies in the automotive trade presents a double challenge: it opens up new opportunities and possibilities, but also harbors risks. Car dealerships are navigating this area of tension now more than ever. The second Regiotec event provided new input and lots of interesting information to help drive forward their own progress.

The experts at the event highlighted a variety of topics that are of utmost importance to car dealerships.

  • One of the main benefits is an increase in returns. Through efficient cost management and targeted sales strategies, car dealerships can secure their long-term economic success.

Insights from Practice: Best Practices and Success Stories

The “GET MOVING TOGETHER” event provided a platform for executives and experts from the car dealership industry to report on their digitization projects. Under the motto “best practice,” the main focus was on how car dealerships can benefit from digital technologies in concrete terms. Even car dealerships from Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg made their way to Bielefeld to take part in this event.

BREDEX at the Car Dealership Experts

In addition to the presentations, smaller workshops offered the opportunity to explore specific applications of digitalization in car dealerships in greater depth. Participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people, share experiences, and learn from each other. Among the companies attending the event were LDB Löffler, which provides marketing services for Volkswagen, among others. The Autohaus Weeber Group, represented by Mr. Hiller, reported on its successful move to cloud-based IT.

Prof4net with its Catch software solution, ATBAS (parts service), Mobex with solutions for telephone systems, Stratmann Handelssysteme, represented by Mr. Nixdorf, and BREDEX GmbH presented solutions and services on stage.

Among the participants at this event were Pia Krone, Jörg Berkhan, Andreas Hestermeyer, and Donald Ortmann from BREDEX. As experts, they were on site to provide new insights into the digitization of car dealerships. Pia presented the topic of Modern Work in combination with tools from the Office365 box, because the world’s most successful office software can be used to quickly handle many organizational tasks. She not only discussed the topic in a presentation, but also provided deeper insights in a workshop. Andreas guided the audience through the program during the event and received exceptional praise from everyone present for his moderation.

Thanks to our own booth on site, visitors were also able to get advice directly from us and gain an insight into the possibilities we can offer with our customized software and the advantages of process minimization. It also became clear that BREDEX’s profile in the automotive sector has increased over the last year.
