T-Systems Roadshow 3.0: Focus on Digital Transformation and Innovation Culture

On November 7, more than 100 IT enthusiasts and 20 entrepreneurs gathered in Kassel to take part in T-Systems’ “Roadshow 3.0.” This event was a showcase for the latest developments in digital transformation, particularly with regard to IT applications in the automotive trade. The roadshow attracted not only participants from the region, but also exhibitors from various parts of the country. Mogen Brattström and Jörg Berkhan from BREDEX were also there.

Meeting Place for Interested Parties and Exhibitors

With around 20 exhibitors, the roadshow was a meeting place for companies specializing in various aspects of digital transformation. Companies offering software-as-a-service (SaaS) and specializing in areas such as cloud solutions were particularly well represented. In contrast, BREDEX was the only holistic digitization provider and digital enablement partner that can develop customized solutions.

Promoting Innovation through Lectures

One of the highlights of the roadshow were the presentations focusing on digitalization in the automotive trade. The message was clear: companies must transform their processes and IT systems in order to remain competitive. However, many companies in the industry tend to wait and see how things develop rather than taking proactive action.
A key topic that was repeatedly emphasized in the presentations was the importance of a culture of error. The speakers stressed that companies can only be innovative if they allow their employees to make mistakes and learn from them. This not only supports a culture of innovation, but also encourages intrapreneurs who can help drive the company forward.

Roadshow 3.0 for Companies and Partners

Potential partnerships were also discussed at the roadshow. Consultants and IT companies were looking for network partners to implement joint projects and measures. The event provided the ideal platform for companies to identify potential partners and set the course for future collaborations.
T-Systems’ “Roadshow 3.0” was a resounding success and offered valuable insights into the world of digital transformation and innovation culture for car dealerships. Participants and exhibitors were able to expand their knowledge, make contacts, and explore potential partnerships. It is to be hoped that the message of the event, namely the need for digital transformation and the establishment of a culture of error, will resonate with participants and inspire them to take bold steps toward a digital future.
