The BREDEX Boulder Day Enters Its Fourth Round

The wait is over, because BREDEX Boulder Day is finally back! For the fourth time in a row, we invite you to the Greifhaus in Braunschweig to conquer the bouldering walls with us.

Bouldering has a long tradition. First practiced as a sport in France around 1890, bouldering, which involves climbing at heights without risk of injury, enjoys great popularity. Unlike normal climbing, bouldering does not involve safety ropes or harnesses. Despite this, it is a sport that is safe, especially for beginners. In bouldering halls such as the Greifhaus, the floor is covered with soft mats so that even if you fall, nothing can happen.
But the sport also has a lot to offer advanced and professional climbers. You can put your skills to the test in various courses, and when you need a break, you can talk shop with other athletes about the different techniques or the pitfalls of the routes.
