Digitization of Tenant Application Forms

A tenant screening form is used by real estate providers when renting out properties to determine the requirements of potential new tenants. In addition to general information about the desired size of a rental property, such forms often also contain personal details about the applicant as well as additional documents that must be submitted by the interested parties. However, tenant screening forms are not always available in digital form or can be evaluated digitally.
We solved this very problem for a long-standing customer. In this case, the tenant application form was available as a static PDF document. Through close cooperation with our customer and an agile approach, we were able to respond promptly and flexibly to their wishes and requirements in order to find a better solution for digitizing the forms. The result is a smart IT solution that is almost entirely based on AWS (Amazon Web Services), i.e., a cloud. This not only reduces costs, but also allows data to be managed efficiently and quickly.

Software Development Doesn't Have to Take a Long Time

Within a few weeks, we were able to develop a finished product based on the customer’s idea and requirements. We achieved this by using a sprint plan, which we used to start the development process. This approach enabled us to deliver an MVP (minimum viable product) in a short period of time.

We know from experience that often even the most basic functions are enough to make software functional and meet requirements. It also provides a good basis for implementing further functionalities. To ensure that the software remains permanently accessible in the future and that any changes can be implemented quickly for the customer, we also operate and maintain the new digital solution for our customer.
