A team’s strength lies in its ability to communicate, and a work atmosphere is more fun if you’re working with people you can count as your friends. BREDEX organises trips, meals, seminars and parties over the course of each year to give employees and their families the opportunity to meet up in a non-work context. We also host an internal seminar held by a different person each week to transfer skills and ideas throughout the company.
