BREDEX and students
As a company, we believe in promoting and rewarding education. As well as working on today's software solutions, we have a policy of supporting and encouraging the next generation of developers, project leaders and computer scientists. We have a regular and steady influx of students on internships in the company, and offer support and supervision of diploma theses.
It is our belief that promising students should be nurtured as early as possible, to ensure that they can develop to the full extent of their abilities. Since financial issues are often a barrier to students, BREDEX awards a yearly funding prize to a student in the first year of his/her studies from the University of Applied Sciences Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel. A team of university professors and BREDEX managers select a panel of students based on their academic prowess and social abilities to be interviewed. The 3000 € prize is awarded to the winner during the first semester introduction at the university. In this way, we hope not only to provide the means to study and an incentive to succeed, but also an example of the value of study and the necessity to promote it.
